My Bio
I am a creative and innovative entrepreneur who is passionate about good food, especially Indian food. My mission is to revolutionise the Indian cooking sauce scene by introducing new flavours to this wonderful cuisine.
I have no food background and everything I know about curry sauces and food manufacturing is self taught, although I am a proud owner of a level 3 food safety certificate. I also work as a consultant in London for a Housing Association.
My passion is however food and my goal is to be the next generation pioneer in the curry sauce business.
