My Bio
After having two children I decided it was time to indulge my passion for creating things. I had already been running my own children's jewellery business, but I wanted to create things that I loved, not just reproduce the same things over and over.
I have a life long passion for the sea and coast, this teamed with my life long passion for sea glass and Sea Sparkle was born. I create silver jewellery using sea glass, the smooth bits of glass found washed up on the shore, I often incorporate fine silver sea shells in to my designs which I make from casts of real shells. Each item is unique as no two bit of glass are the same. I often find it hard to say good bye to a piece once it's sold, but I know that the people buying my jewellery must love the sea as much as I do.
My Business Tips
Build your business on something you love doing, the hours and work you need to set it up won't seem like a chore then.
Don't be afraid to ask for help, you are not super human and sometimes just sometimes other people can do things better for you.
Never take no for an answer.
