After working in senior admin roles for over 23 years, I decided to set up my own Virtual Assistant business in order to enable me to work around my family.

I love admin work and enjoy being able to assist businesses with any tasks they don't have the time for.

My Business Tips

Keeping on top of your email inbox will enable you to work more efficiently and find emails when you need to. Colour code your inbox files using a 'traffic light' system. Emails that need to be dealt with urgently use a red symbol to mark them. Important but not urgent could be coded in amber/orange and use green for any emails that don't need any attention - for information only.
