If I knew back then what I know now!!!!!!!
I'm both passionate and proud of what Angels Travel and Tours Ltd has become.
I had an idea and a concept (not a NEW concept) of what I wanted Angels to be about and I'm very happy to say that 7 years on...... that concept has been realized.
Angels was ALWAYS going to be built on real old school manners and customer service. I'm blown away that every time we receive a customer review on Facebook, Google, Yell or TripAdvisor that they are ALL consistent and very similar in their praise. As yet we have not received less than a Five star review from anyone (not bad in 7 years) The reasons..... Be (old school) friendly, polite, offer assistance, but don't presume, ensure that drivers and vehicles are immaculate and above all, we take a pride in getting to know all our customers, this helps to read when they're happy to chat or tired and just want to get home.
I love what I do. I only wish I knew back then, what I know now. I'd have started Angels Travel and Tours Ltd years ago.

Hi ALL, I'm Mike AKA Mr Angels. Founder and Director of Angels Travel and Tours Ltd. Angels Travel and Tours have been supplying Travel, Transport and Tour services since 2013. We believe in delivering a service which is memorable. Myself and small Team deliver something quite unique, old school manners and customer service mixed with a bit of humor and service with a smile. We deliver transport for everything from Airport Transfers to Zoo Trips and everything in between. We believe that your journey begins and ends with us and for this reason our customers should feel at ease, comfortable, looked after and above all our customers should feel welcome. Over nearly 7 years now we have been delivering award winning customer service and we're very proud of this.

You can probably see that I love what I do, I'm passionate about Angels Travel and Tours and I hope that shines through to our customers. It's been an absolute adventure and I can't wait to see the next 7 years.

Don't be afraid or too proud to ask for help or advice (we are all learning every day)
Stick to your morals, ideals and goals (this will always shine through)
Take the risk and start as you mean to go on.
And................ Learn to delegate (this one I struggle with)
If you're meeting with customers, smile and be happy (this one is easier for me)
