My Bio
I’m Suzi, I’m based in Taunton, Somerset and work with clients across the UK.
I started Timeforge in 2011 to provide business owners with admin, PA, business process, social media and customer support services.
Timeforge has been built on the foundations of TRUST - TEAMWORK - CLIENT FOCUS - SUPPORTING BUSINESSES and has been built mostly on recommendation.
I'm passionate about my business and what I do and take pride in the fact that we partner with our clients to support them in their businesses and help them get organised, stay organised, keep their customers happy and deliver high levels of support.
My Business Tips
Trust your gut instincts - they're usually right.
Stay in your own lane - know your competitors, but don't compare yourself to them.
Work hard and with integrity - do the right thing, even when no-one is looking.
Under promise and over deliver - make sure you can deliver on your committments to your customers, they're trusting you. Be honest when you can't.
Remember to carve out time to work ON your business, and not just IN your business.
Take time out to rest and recharge - get space and time out to think clearly, this is often when the best ideas and clarity comes to you.
And of course, get support in your business sooner than you think you'll need it. You could do everything yourself, but if you do that you won't have time to grow your business.
