I am an artist specialising in animals & pet portraiture.
I passionately aim to provide clients with a distinctive bespoke work of art, which is full of character & colour, so that it can be pride of place & enjoyed for years to come in their home.
I geniunely feel blessed to be doing a job that I love, it feeds the soul to know that customers love the art I create!
My Bio
I am a professional freelance artist & a member of the Association of Animal Artists.
I work from my bright studio on the 1st floor of Banks Mill in the heart of Derby, UK.
I specialise in highly detailed, lively, colourful, modern paintings. I use a unique style of painting with acrylic paint on canvas, using the paint both densely & in washes of colour. Working from photographs, I create a contemporary interpretation of my subjects.
My portraits are created on a commission basis by working closely with my clients to create a bespoke work of art to treasure.
My animal art is my own creative works inspired by the variety & detail in nature itself. The Original artworks, Prints, Greeting Cards and Homewares can be purchased from my online shop, They can also be purchased at events, exhibitions and stockists.

Slow & steady wins the race - I have health & chronic back issues so I make a point of pacing myself & working within my limitations.
