Clavelshay Barn Restaurant

Sue & Bill Milverton are tenant farmers on the Crown Estate in Somerset . The foot & mouth crisis made us think about the future and we converted a traditional stone barn into a restaurant 8 years ago.
William & sons James & Rob run the farm and Sue runs the restaurant with Head Chef Guy Horley and a great team of students.
Our ethos has always been to use local food and we will never compromise on that. We have won numerous awards for our food and are very proud to be a 3 star champion awarded by the Sustainable Restaurant Association as well as Certificates of Excellence from Trip Advisor.
Weddings have become an increasingly important part of the business and we love sharing our very special venue with couples for their special day.
