My Buzz
within hours of winning SBS I'd added over 100 followers to my twitter account ( and counting). My website got 40 extra hits last night and today's traffic is still coming. But it's the goodwill and tweets of support that amazed me the most. What a family. Thank you
My Bio
I've been in catering now for over 25 years, starting as a Hotel porter in the west of Ireland. After graduating from B'ham College of Food, I work/ travelled to America & Hong Kong. On my return went into retail catering and then Franchising coffee shop. a forced redundancy from Motorway services allowed me to set up the Ironbridge Catering Company. Seeing as I already had the huge BBQ ( don't ask, it was for private use) I was fortunate enough to capitalise on the 2008 downturn and by pitching the catering services at the wedding market, I haven't looked back since. Winning this award, together with being shortlisted for the Shropshire Chambers of Commerce's "Best New Business 2013", I've been overwhelmed with the support I've had.

Those two quotes together with a network of supporting people, and never taking NO for an answer are my business tips.
