My Bio

Hey SBS Crew,

I'm thrilled to be here and really look forward to connecting with members of this community.

I founded Ticket Buddiez having previously lead UK ops at another customer service outsourcing company. It was here I discovered a gap in the market and sought to create a solution to it. Outsourcing is something mostly all of the big brands of today do, because it brings lots of benefits. However, SME's often are unable to access the outsourcing benefits because the barrier to entry is too expensive / inflexible.

And, for bigger companies, they are often paying way above what they need to with the existing CS outsourcing solutions on the market.

Our whole ethos is to deliver excellent service, in an affordable and flexible way, to open up outsorcing to more SME's. We act as an extension of a brand rather than a separate entity so that it keeps the 'in-house- feel.

I'm also really passionate about growing my business into being an employer of choice, particularly for people with chronic health conditions. I have Lupus, amogst other health problems that have meant throughout my working life I have experienced everything from great to totally illegal when it comes to my employer supporting me. Ticket Buddiez will become a trendsetter in employee well being and really support our staff as we grow to reach their full potential.
