We are excited to announce that Party Without Plastic is through to the final of The Pitch UK 2024 having been voted ‘People’s Choice’ in the Bristol regional event.
Founder of Party Without Plastic, Lorraine Allman was one of 8 business founders selected from over 400 to present their pitch to a panel of investors and room full of guests. At the end of the evening, the audience were asked to vote for their favourite pitch to go through to the final, and Party Without Plastic was chosen!
Lorraine said “It was terrifying standing up to pitch, but an amazing opportunity to spread the word about what we’re doing. We were up against some tough competition so being voted ‘People’s Choice’ is particularly special. We now have an opportunity to share our passion for sustainability on a larger stage at the finals in October – I can’t wait!”
The Pitch UK, is part of an initiative that provides advice, support, mentoring, and investor introductions to ambitious start-ups in the UK. Tickets for the London final are available here.
