Toni Delli-Compagni, founder of Little Ensemble, has been announced as a finalist in the 2025 Women’s Business Club Awards.
Oxfordshire-based entrepreneur Toni Delli-Compagni is celebrating today after being shortlisted as a finalist in the Business Mum of the Year category at the Women’s Business Club Awards 2025.
Toni is the founder of Little Ensemble, a handmade children’s clothing brand known for its ethical production, playful designs, and commitment to sustainability. Balancing her business with raising her young daughter, Toni has quickly made a name for herself in the UK’s small business community — most recently gaining recognition as a finalist in multiple regional and national awards, including the UK StartUp Awards and the Ladies First Awards.
The Business Mum of the Year category honours women who have successfully navigated the dual roles of motherhood and entrepreneurship, making a significant impact in their industry while raising a family.
“I’m incredibly proud to be recognised in this category,” said Toni. “Running a small business alongside raising my daughter is both a challenge and a joy. To be celebrated for that by such a respected organisation is really humbling.”
The Women’s Business Club Awards shine a light on the achievements of women in business across the UK, offering a platform for inspiring female entrepreneurs, professionals, and leaders to be recognised for their innovation and impact. Winners will be announced later this year.
Little Ensemble continues to grow, with Toni’s designs gaining popularity for their timeless appeal, comfort-focused construction, and sustainable ethos — all handmade from UK-sourced materials. The brand champions a “buy less, wear more” approach, aiming to educate parents on the value of quality over quantity in children’s clothing.
