My Bio
The Shredding Alliance Ltd (TSA) is a rapidly growing confidential shredding and recycling company. Operating from 17 depots across the UK we offer national on-site and off-site shredding and recycling services for paper or products such as media and uniform.
Uniquely all of our services are fulfilled by regional owner managed businesses who offer very high levels of service. We hold ISO9001:2008 which has the confidential shredding standard BS EN15713:2009 written into its scope. This is audited every 12 months by a UKAS approved body.
Our customers range from single sites to FTSE 100 companies.

My Business Tips
Never undersell your product or service. It is natural that we all want to grow our businesses but you sometimes have to draw a line on competitiveness. If your product or service has more value than a competitors then you should price it that way and try to get across the message as to why it has more value. Have targets but make them realistic and take a step back every now and again to take stock of what you have achieved.
