My Buzz
When we won #SBS it certainly gave our business badly needed exposure and it couldn't have come at a better time because BEDSITE was just over 1 year in business. I have been following @TheoPaphitis because he is Ireland's favourite dragon and #SBS since I joined twitter in October 2010. After months and months of trying we suddenly got the thumbs up from Theo & I literally fell off the chair with excitement. What a boost to our business, we are so proud to have become the 1st winner from ROI. After the win we were featured in the Leinster Express and Irish Daily Mirror, #SBS has been a lifeline and I cannot thank Theo enough for this honour. But the highlight for me was Friday 30th March at the #SBSevent in Birmingham, imagine meeting the man himself & he is talking to my son on the phone while the picture is being taken, just magic…and meeting friends who will remain friends forever.
My Bio
BEDSITE.ie was born in April 2010 when our furniture wholesale business ComfortZone.ie was near colapse. We knew we had to change & change fast. I have been involved in furniture wholesaling most of my working life, so we arrived at the famous crossroads in early 2010 when things were really really bad & then there's me not getting any younger decided to go retail. Yes become a furnitue retailer & that's what we did, but with a difference. We became bed specialists, and we like to think "we are experts in beds" offering the customer quality products @ very affordable prices with the best possible service. Our product offering beats most of the multiples, I know because I visit their stores every week & I learn.
We are the official Parisot Meubles appointed agents in Ireland & Northern Ireland.
On a personal note I am married to Kathleen sometimes known as Mrs C and we have 2 lovely sons James and Shane.
My business partner is Séan Reddy who has 5 beautiful daughters & 1 son
