My Bio

From the very start of my apprenticeship over 30 years ago is was obvious electrical installation, is a trade to be only carried out by fully qualified competent experienced individual’s. (Electrician)

I worked for and then ran a ECA registered electrical contractor firm for over 16 years, and in 1996 went out on my own and from the very start my customers were going to receive the best service that I could provide.

Having vast experience in the domestic environment and dealing with customer’s individual requirements is personal and very important from a simple light fitting change to a complete house rewire or new installation they must feel at ease.

Also having the same experience in commercial works demand the same level of service, either being a family run business or a national company, it is important to show the same standard of professionalism and that they can contact you when the problem starts or ask for advice.

Having also over 23 years’ experience working with the disabled or people with care needs being in their own property or dedicated care homes requires specialist knowledge and a duty of care.

From the very start of my business I have not forgotten where I started, customer service is paramount, this is so important and that is why old customers keep coming back to us as well as attracting new customers all the time.

And maintain that status by continual professional development.
