My Bio

Born, Blackpool. Graduated Nottingham Trent BA Hotel Management/Business, 1993 but chef through and through. Commis in Bordeaux, then Amsterdam, followed by various posts in London, Sydney, UK provinces, Malaga, Caribbean, picking up tips and techniques in kitchens along the way. Back to the UK in 2007, first in SW England and finally the Samuel Fox Country Inn, Hope Valley, Peak District since late 2012.
