My Buzz
I love travelling around Spain visiting current suppliers and finding new ones. Some are discovered in the most unlikely places - like our terracotta flooring manufacturers, two brothers whose main client is the actual Alhambra Palace in Granada. They have a view over the Sierra Nevada, a small lake and a couple of geese named Clint and Quinn!
My Bio
Alhambra Tiles sources and supplies niche tiles from Spain. Working with carefully selected artisans and manufacturers, we have an unrivalled selection of the best-quality Spanish tiles, including handmade encaustic cement tiles, handpainted terracotta tiles and cutting-edge digitally-printed porcelain tiles. Our encaustic tiles come in a choice of 140 designs and over 100 colours which can be adapted by each client using our Interactive Tile Chooser online. We also supply Spanish marble in some very unusual textured finishes. We have supplied some of the biggest hotels and restaurants in the world, including the Thompson Chicago and Z Hotels in the UK. Other regular clients include Pizza Express, La Tasca and Evuna restaurants. We were proud to supply tiles for Levi Roots' Caribbean Smokehouse in Westfield, Stratford City. We produced a brand new colour for Levi, and delivered the tiles in record time!
My Business Tips
Take all clients' and enquirers' contact details and keep in touch with them. I send out a bi-monthly email newsletter with info on new lines, helpful advice on tile care and special offers. Previously, when I had more of a community business, I built up a really good relationship with my clients through the mailing list. I also found it to be a great resource when looking for web-developers, HR advice, new staff and much more.
