I founded my charity The Cariad Project in 2017 and Sarah's Coffee as a way to fund my charities work. The Cariad Project is working with a centre for young disabled people in DRC to get them the equipment they need. To help fund and raise my charities profile I sell coffee from small producers who are also doing amazing work in their communities.
