What an amazing feeling it was when my phone pinged with a Twitter notification from Theo Paphitis to say he'd mentioned me in a Tweet! I was so shocked, I never thought we'd be picked as one of his six! Steve was out so I rang him straight away and was literally screaming with delight down the phone! From that moment my phone went crazy with messages of congratulations, re-tweets and new followers. I was completely overwhelmed with the welcome messages from fellow #SBS winners, it was just incredible! We would just like to say a massive thank you to Theo Paphitis and to Ryman for believing in us and for giving us and other small business such an opportunity, we are still in shock! A special thanks too goes to the #SBS family for making us feel so welcome and for all the help and support so far!

Hello, we are Alison and Steve and we own a franchise in Heights Farm Premium Pet Foods covering the Preston and Fylde areas.
Our company specialise in a hypoallergenic dry kibble, made from 100% natural ingredients. You won't find any artificial colours, additives or preservatives in our food!
Our extra joint care range of dog food also has the unique addition of Green Lipped Muscle and Glucosamine so each time a dog eats they are cushioning their joints too.
We deliver free of charge to all customers within our postcode areas.
As well as delivering we do lots of events in our area too, including local farmers markets, dog shows, charity events and much more.

Our tips would be to believe in yourself, never be told you can't!
Never give up but be prepared for down moments.
