A Botany student who became a butcher.Went into the family business initially for a year as a thank you to my parents for putting me through university still in 28 yrs later.In partnership with my younger brother modernised the business from top to bottom.Won many meat industry awards including Englands Best Butcher that have enhanced our reputation and driven customers to our business.Pride ourselves on souring direct from local farms and processing the stock right through to the end customer.Involved in marketing at a national level with the Q guild of butchers and the National Federation of Meat and Food traders.In recent years involved in various TV programmes talking about meat
