Within hours we have had loads of new followers and messages of support thanks to our #SBS win. We are extremely excited about being members of what is already proving to be a very friendly business club!
The award winning website The Little Blue Owl was set up in July 2011. We source and sell nursery furniture and accessories and original baby and toddler gifts. We take pride in handpicking products that are high quality, individual and British Made if possible. We have spent our first year adding to our ever expanding range of products. We design and manufacture our own bedding which has proved incredibly popular and this year will see that range expanding as we add more designs.
Good communication and honesty with your business partner, suppliers and customers is vital. Treat each customer as an individual and ensure you do everything possible to ensure they get the best customer service possible. Continually look to improve your business and products.
