Tell us how #SBS has affected your business I have gained many new followers since entering the #SBS every week and found many interesting other businesses to follow. I am completely thrilled with all the messages of support and interested since the announcement last night, and all the new followers.
My training and background is in window display and design in the West End, giving me a high level of attention to detail, which i have transferred to my events business. After working in a conference set building company, I started working as freelance prop maker, dresser, painter and all things creative. I worked with in various different event companies implementing themed events, and then realised there was a niche in the market for more design led themed and styled events. I took the plunge and have been running Partridge Events since 2005 and work mostly in London Venues, as well as around the country and also internationally.
Keep trying, no matter how hard it seems. Learn from your mistakes Ask for help if you need it. Keep all doors open you never, who you may be able to help and who can help you. Give good value for money Work closely with a good accountant, and do regular cashflows Keep networking in person and online regulary. Treat clients and suppliers how you would like to be treated yourself.
