#SBS created a huge interest in our online presence and we have had many hundreds of extra followers on Twitter in just a few days, thank you.
From a very young age I knew that I was destined to be an entrepreneur. In 1996, at the relatively tender age of 22, I purchased my first business, a fish & chip takeaway. Over the years as I grew as a person I was able to grow the business. 16 years on and I now employ around 85 staff, have 7 fish and chip shops including two restaurants. And in 2011 we won 'Best Fish & Chip Shop Chain in the UK' in the National Fish & Chip Awards.
