As well as getting more followers #SBS has really put a smile on my face! Just typing in my biography makes me remember that you can do what you love as a career if you work hard and keep focused.
Hawkwise are a small Falconry Centre based at Bosworth Battlefield near Nuneaton. I'm passionate about Birds of Prey and love bringing them to as wide an audience as possible so that they too can experience what a wonderful creature they are. Following a childhood passion I've worked professionally in Falconry for about 13 years. Being based at historical venues such as Mary Ardens House and Bosworth Battlefield has brought me into contact with many customers interested in the links with Falconry in the Medieval and Tudor period. I really enjoy this part of my work but also do lots of educational, corporate and experience days too which are great fun. I love my birds and working with them everyday is truly a privilege.
