My Buzz
So pleased that I was picked as a winner of #sbs after two years of trying. It has been a springboard onto many new opportunities and I love being part of the sbs family. Just proves what can happen if you never give up.
My Bio
We create covered button accessories with a nostalgic feel. Inspired by Enid Blyton, days gone by, childhood, the great British seaside, the cities and nature of our little island. We create a variety of products from hair clips and hair ties to brooches and earrings. I also sell vintage books and toys at fairs and shops in Sussex and Surrey.
We're currently looking to expand our current list of stockists so if you'd like to see our products in your shop then please get in touch. Wholesale price list and samples available upon request.
My Business Tips
Work hard, be determined, aim high.
Be nice to people, you don't need to walk over people to be successful.
Always have a notebook with you (a bit old school but you never know when inspiration is going to hit)
If you don't ask you don't get- when I first started out I was wary of approaching businesses as possible stockists but sometimes they are going to say yes. You don't know until you try!
If someone is not as enthusiastic about your work as you are then they are not the right people to see your stock.
