Social media is a great way to highlight your business and interact with your target market. Best of all, it is free! Twitter has been a vital tool to our success and I have always described it as an online coffee shop. There is always some one to talk to is a great communication channel.
Don't be afraid to ask for help or advice. People often shy away from shouting about how great their businesses are but in a tough market, my key words of advice would be, just go for it!
