I am a Business Support Consultant with a strong background as an Executive/Personal Assistant, providing high-level support to business owners, senior leaders, and teams across the UK and beyond. I’m passionate about helping businesses overcome operational challenges—whether that’s through smart executive support, event planning, or meticulous copy editing.
From solo entrepreneurs to large corporations, I work with clients who need dependable, professional support without the cost of in-house staff. My goal is always the same: to remove the overwhelm, streamline day-to-day tasks, and free up business owners to focus on what they do best.
With added expertise in copy editing and proofreading, I also help businesses communicate more clearly and confidently—because how you say it matters just as much as what you say.

My Bio
I’m a Business Support Consultant with a very varied background as a Personal and Executive Assistant, now proudly running my own business—DCM Support Services. Alongside my professional world, I’m also a wife and proud mum to two amazing children.
My career has taken me across multiple industries and experiences - from coordinating a high-profile launch at the House of Commons in 2019, to managing press passes and travel logistics for major football events including Euro 2000 and 2004, and the 2002 and 2006 World Cups. (Although, to be honest, organising my daughter’s Sweet 16 the year before the Commons event was probably more stressful!)
When redundancy came knocking in August 2020, I saw it as an opportunity not a setback. Just a few months later, I launched DCM Support Services, turning a long-held dream into reality. Today, I work with clients across the UK and beyond, offering tailored business support that ranges from executive assistance and event coordination to copy editing and proofreading.
Outside of work, I can spend hours on Ancestry and love nothing more than digging into the twists and turns of my family tree.
