My Buzz
I created First Melodies after years of wrong jobs and saving for my dream job. I then finally managed to save enough to convert a small outhouse in order to start officially.
I also created First Melodies because I learnt music from the young age of 7. I used to go to guitar lessons with an instructor I'm still in contact with now at 35 years old. Plus, I am a singer songwriter myself that has been in the iTunes country charts and I also love working with children and inspiring others.
So after years of saving for a vision in my head, I wanted to combine all my loves into one business.
My goal in life is to inspire and touch the hearts of many, so teaching the one thing I am best at and have a passion for is my Buzz into why I created First Melodies.
We are all about creativity, having fun and just being authentically ourselves, even with mistakes, and even if the end goal is not to be a musician but to only learn to love it and gain happiness from playing or singing.
Children look up to me and I look up to them in all they achieve. They also challenge me and teach me a thing or two as well. I'm a very proud teacher.
My Bio
First Melodies Music School, is a unique school in Wiltshire for children of 5 years to end of school years. Who was founded by Kirsty Clinch. A singer songwriter who has always dreamed of opening her own music school. After years of saving and the wrong jobs, she finally converted a small outhouse and her music school journey began.
We are unique as we follow our own programme with unique teaching methods, are small and customers matter. We learn the songs that the children want to learn and the lessons are catered just for them and their needs. We make YouTube videos in a safe environment and also write and create our own songs, written by the teacher and the student.
We also have a singing group school for those students who can't afford one to one lesson, and or just wants to sing in a group and gain some extra experience and confidence.
Furthermore to top it all off, we also illustrate, and write our own pre school and school children's music books. Our third pre school book is nearly ready for publication.

Always believe in your vision and just go for it!
Others will tell you, you can't or that you are not being unrealistic but if you believe you can, then you can!
Don't let money be your end goal, creating a dream job you are happy in, is the most important thing. If it makes you feel good, you are winning.
