My Buzz
Currently, as well as working on my illustration and design business I'm also branching out into a community focus business aiming to support independent businesses in Lancaster. I feel passionately that something needs to be done to try and help the small shops and services on our high streets and I've decided to set in motion a new loyalty card scheme in Lancaster that provides free promotion for them and encourages an increase in footfall.
My Bio
I'm an illustrator based in Lancaster in the North West of England. I've worked for a wide variety of clients since launching Knight Time Creations in 2010, including shops, restaurants, authors, museums, confectionary manufacturers, children's entertainers and more. I'm able to design illustrations for anyone in the world thanks to the internet. I really love what I do!
My Business Tips
Customer service is really important, being kind and friendly to everyone - at least try your best. Even if you're not doing business with them right now, it's always the best policy to adopt.
