OTTO is an abbreviation for Outside Term-Time Only and represents an online community for the millions of parents and school staff who can only travel during the school holidays.

Established by a former teacher with over 20 years experience of travelling within the confines of the school holidays, Rachel - Founder now shares her holiday hacks and great offers so everyone can travel more affordably.

Whilst originally set up for people who work in schools, Rachel has been inspired by the concept of social tourism and has made it her mission to ensure the 700,000 families who have never been on holiday before become empowered with the confidence and knowledge to do so, especially if on a budget.

Rachel also recognises that to facilitate more holidays, the current system of premium pricing in peak periods particularly the school holidays has to change. Rachel actively promotes companies and organisations that have a fair pricing system and shares their holidays with her followers.

OTTO Holiday Club has an email list that will always be free to its growing army of travel disruptors and followers. A premium offer is due to be launched in the next few months.
