Last Friday saw Red Nose Day 2015 come and go. Our collective fundraising totals for Ryman and Robert Dyas were a staggering £571,932.
Ryman has had another successful year making their faces funny for as much money as possible honouring this great cause.
Our amazing store colleagues have tirelessly sold RND pens often hitting the streets outside their stores with their collection buckets. Here we have a quick round up of money raised and how we did it…
The Cycleathon was a roaring success with our teams cycling a massive 569 miles (Ryman store north to Ryman store south). On the day the team actually racked up way more miles leaving them somewhere in the English Channel! A massive success though with fundraising totals so far at a tremendous £6774.50 for this Red Nose Day cycle challenge.
With 70p donated to Comic Relief for every pen sold our RND pen sales stand at just under £300,000 – a fantastic contribution and we hope lots of happy writers, jotters and doodlers scribbling away up and down the country.
The insane Insaniacs completed their 60 day Challenge and raised over £1000. A huge well done to them and all that supported them through the gruelling daily workouts.
With other events including a Golf day, Twitter Dance off, National Dress Up and much more we would like to say a big thank you to all of our customers and sponsors who have helped us to make Comic Relief 2015 a massive success.
Throughout the UK £78,082,988 has been raised so far this Red Nose Day hopefully changing lives for people in the UK and across Africa.
