We exchanged our market trader / delivery clothes for black time attire because as we were invited to attend The SME Bedfordshire Awards on the 29th June 2023 at Auction House, Luton, having been nominated in the Best Enterprising Business category.
We won the silver award which is a HUGE achievement considering we were against some REALLY BIG hitters in the business world. Competiton was fierce as well as we were informed by the judges that over 90 businesses were initially shortlisted, so to win silver was surreal.
To be shortlisted in categories such as most Disruptive Franchise and most Enterprising Business is an acurate reflection of what we feel we are doing as a business. We have gone from a very small fruit and veg box delivery service during the pandemic to being shortlised for prestigious awards shows we are being recognised for the work that we do!
